SHGC inclined tube sedimentation tank is a kind of high efficiency combined sedimentation tank designed according to shallow pool sedimentation theory; also referred to as shallow pool sedimentation tank. A lot of dense inclined tubes or inclined plates are arranged in the settling area, so that suspended impurities in water settle in the inclined plates or inclined tubes, water flows upward along the inclined plates or inclined tubes, and the separated sludge slides down to the bottom of the pool along the inclined plates (tubes) under the action of gravity, and then is discharged intensively. This kind of pond can improve the precipitation efficiency by 50-60%, and can improve the treatment capacity by 3-5 times in the same area. Inclined tube precipitators with different flow rates can be designed according to the test data of the original wastewater, and coagulants are generally added when they are used. Inclined tube sedimentation water purification method is to install inclined tube with inclination angle of 60 degrees above sludge suspension layer, so that floc alum formed by adding coagulant into suspended matter and solid matter in raw water accumulates into thin sludge layer on the bottom surface area of inclined tube, slides back to sludge suspension layer by gravity, and then sinks into sludge collection bucket. The sludge is discharged into the sludge tank through the sludge discharge pipe for separate treatment or comprehensive utilization. The supernatant gradually rises to the collecting pipe and is discharged directly or recycled.

The device is widely used in industrial wastewater treatment and domestic sewage treatment, nonferrous metal processing wastewater treatment, power plant, boiler room hydraulic ash removal wastewater, gas station washing water treatment, biochemical water treatment and various mechanical plant production wastewater and water purification treatment of the preliminary pretreatment and secondary precipitation.
design parameters
(1) The spacing between inclined plates (tubes) is generally not less than 50mm, and the length of inclined plates (tubes) is generally about 1.0-1.2m;
(2) The upper layer of the inclined plate should have a water depth of 0.5-1.0m, and the bottom buffer layer height should be 1.0m. Waste water distribution area is under inclined plate (pipe), and the height is generally not less than 0.5m. The lower part of water distribution area is sludge area.
(3) The pond effluent is generally collected by multi-row hole pipes, and the holes should be 2 cm below the water surface to prevent floating substances from being taken away;
(4) The flow rate of wastewater in the inclined pipe depends on different wastewater, such as domestic sewage treatment, the flow rate is 0.5-0.7mm/s. (5)The inclined plate (pipe) is at an angle of 60 with the horizontal plane, and the clear distance of the inclined plate (or inclined pipe diameter) is generally 80~100 mm.
Inclined tube sedimentation tankrefers to the sedimentation tank with inclined tube in the sedimentation area. There are two assembly forms: inclined pipe and branch pipe. The settling zone of a horizontal or vertical flow settling tank is divided into a series of shallow settling layers by means of inclined parallel pipes or pipes (sometimes honeycomb packing), in which the treated and settled sludge moves and separates from each other. According to their mutual movement direction, they can be divided into three different separation modes: reverse (different) flow, co-directional flow and lateral flow. Every two parallel inclined plates (or parallel tubes) is equivalent to a very shallow sedimentation tank.

The overflow rate of this type of sedimentation tank can reach 36m3/(m2.h), which is 7-10 times higher than the treatment capacity of general sedimentation tank. And has been finalized for production practice.
