Process description of wsz type equipment
The design of the equipment is mainly for the treatment of domestic sewage and industrial organic sewage. The main treatment method is to use the current more mature biochemical treatment technology contact oxidation tank. Water quality design parameters are calculated as follows: BOD5 of influent sewage is 250mg/L, BOD5 of effluent is 20mg/L. It consists of seven parts: (1) primary sedimentation tank;(2) anoxic tank;(3) contact oxidation tank;(4) secondary sedimentation tank;(5) disinfection tank and disinfection device;(6) sludge tank; and (7) fan room.
(1) Primary sedimentation tank: The primary sedimentation tank is a vertical flow sedimentation tank. The rising flow rate of sewage in the sedimentation tank is 0.3~0.4 mm/s, and the settled sludge is promoted to the sludge tank. SFW-5 and below equipment is not equipped with primary sedimentation tank.
(2) Anoxic tank: The anoxic tank is set for denitrification treatment. YDT type three-dimensional elastic filler is set in the tank as a carrier of denitrification bacteria. Under the action of denitrification bacteria, nitrate-returning ammonia and nitroso-state oxygen in the nitrification solution are reduced to nitrogen to achieve the purpose of denitrification. The effective residence time of the anoxic tank is 2.5~3.5h, and the dissolved oxygen is controlled at 0.5mg/L.≤
(3) Contact oxidation tank: sewage flows automatically to the contact tank for biochemical treatment. The contact tank is divided into three stages, and the residence time is 8 h.(The contact oxidation time of enhanced equipment can reach 8~12h.) The filler is a novel elastic filler, which is easy to conjunctiva and does not block. The gas-water ratio of the contact oxidation tank is about 15:1.
(4) Secondary sedimentation tank: the sewage after biochemical treatment flows to the secondary sedimentation tank, which is vertical flow sedimentation with surface load <1.0m3/m2.h, and the sludge is discharged to the sludge tank.
(5) Disinfection pool and disinfection device: Disinfection pool“” shall be no less than 30 minutes according to the specification: TJ14 -74 standard. If it is hospital sewage, the residence time of disinfection pool can be increased to 1~1.5h.
Disinfection adopts the disinfection method of contact dissolution of solid chlorine tablets. The disinfection device can continuously change the dosage according to the size of the water output, so as to achieve the purpose of adding more medicine for more water output and adding less medicine for less water output. Other disinfection devices can be prepared separately if necessary.
